Go get it in iTunes.
EDIT: It’s taken off SG App Store for reasons unknown. But fret not! We’ll let you know when it’s up again. Or if you can’t wait, Sebas has a workaround in the comments.

That’s true. But this means you’ll have two different iTunes accounts—one SG and one US. Not sure if users can sync apps in downloaded from the two different accounts.. Is this your current set up?
ya u can sync app from both. not a prob. just make sure u get the app from sg store if u wanna update from the phone. cuz u cant login to the US acc from the phone itself if ur app is dled from the US store.

To reiterate, yes you can have apps living in your iTunes and iPhone from different iTunes accounts, but only the apps downloaded with the account you are currently signed into can be updated, auto or not.
